Ready for some #MondayMotivation? 💪 (I need it more than you today, probably! LOL) Honestly, I'm feeling the aftermath of pushing myself a bit too hard. I'm so sore that I can barely walk! 😅

Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going. BBB Supplies continues its June series on how to use a habit tracker.

My tracker goal is simply to move my body for at least 80 minutes every day, and it worked great last week. I felt amazing enough to jump back into strength training on Saturday. I was only a little sore yesterday, so I decided to go on a Sunday hike—and I felt fantastic afterwards! 🌄

Buuuuttt… Turns out, maybe I overdid it, because this morning I could barely move! Yet, here I am, determined to check that silly little box today, so I am going on a light walk after posting this. (Plus, my hamstrings need some serious stretching, EKKKK!)

So, "Motivation is what gets you started, but the habit keeps you going!" I planned this post in advance, but I had no idea how much I would need this motivation today. Funny how life works, right?
